Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or afflictions. All claims made on the product labels and website descriptions are the sole responsibility of the manufacturer and not the Supplement Centre.

All reviews on the site are from independent individuals and are not the views of the Supplement Centre or its staff. The Supplement Centre takes no responsibility for incorrect information on products or reviews.

Liability for adverse reactions or poor performance also lies solely with the product manufacturer.


When purchasing a bundle, the free items are included as part of the product listing so no need to add anything else to your basket. On the rare occasion when an item may be out of stock, we may deem it suitable to substitute an item in a bundle in order not to delay delivery. This typically may include a variation of a shaker or alternative samples. We want our customers to have the best experience shopping with us. We feel this is a better option than delaying your order. We will always endeavour to make contact if we have to change more than a shaker or sample.

Discounts and Offers

We often offer promotional discounts, loyalty rewards and free items. These cannot be stacked together and our checkout system gives priority to the best offer. Typically this then results in a percent or money discount over a free item. For example if you have got a voucher code you cannot then add a free item from another promotional campaign and expect to get both. If this situation occurs please remove the free item unless you want to pay the full price, minus any discount that you've qualified for. Offers cannot be redeemed retrospectively

Making a contract with us

When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to buy goods. We will send you an e-mail to confirm we have received your order. In the unlikely event that the goods are no longer available, or that we have made a pricing mistake, we will email you to inform you of this.


Payments can be made by credit or debit card, through PayPal or by mail (e.g. cheque, postal order or cash (sent solely at customer's own risk)). If you choose to mail your payment your order will not be sent until the payment has been received and processed through our system. (It the case of cheques please allow up to 5 working days for clearance by bank).


Should the goods ordered be out of stock at any stage or not expected back in stock within seven days you will be notified by email and given the option of a) waiting for more stock to arrive b) other goods of the same value to be sent in replacement or c) a refund. Refunds will be issued in the same format as the payment being made.


Once your order has been confirmed, payment completed and the goods are in stock your order will be despatched to you within 24 working hours.

If your orders has been sent to an address outside of the UK by a foreign postal service or customs and excise they are not covered by any refund guarantee unless the goods are returned to us.

In the unlikely event of the incorrect goods being sent we will arrange to either collect them ourselves or will send a pre paid customer returns label.

If the customer has refused delivery (with no mistake on our part) and the item is returned to us, then a 20% restocking fee will apply plus the cost of the delivery both to the customer and the return delivery back to us. Refusal of correct deliveries is deemed to be breaking our terms and conditions unless there is a mistake with the order or the order has been damaged in transit.

If goods can't be delivered due to the customer being out, a card left by the courier or unattainable in anyway then again a 20% restocking fee will apply plus the cost of the delivery both to the customer and the return delivery back to us.

Please note a signature is required for all deliveries. In the event that a signature is not attainable the item will be photographed at the delivery address and this will be deemed proof of delivery. By placing your order with us you accept these conditions.


Customers in the EU have the right to cancel their order within seven days of purchase.

Such cancellations are only honoured once the goods are returned to us (if sent) in the exact same condition as received. All costs encored in returning the goods must be covered by he customer.


Even though we try to ensure our prices are always up to date situations beyond our control may arise where the prices are subject to change.


You may return any item that is in mint unopened condition to us at your own expense and within 14 days of receipt for a refund of the purchase price of the goods. Our returns address is The Supplement Centre, Gladden Place, West Gillibrands, Skelmersdale, Lancashire, WN8 9SX. We will notify you on receipt of your return via email and confirm when your refund has been made. Customers will be refunded by the method the order was originally paid with.

Law and Jurisdiction

The contract shall be governed by English law and we and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If you access the Website from locations outside of England and Wales you are responsible for complying with any laws applicable to that territory.


The contents of this Website are protected by the law of copyright. All rights in this Website, including Copyright, are owned or licensed to the Supplement Centre. You may copy or save items included in this Website for your own personal, non-commercial use only.

Import Duties

Goods ordered outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you and are not the responsibility of the Supplement Centre. Customers ordering from outside of the EU, or from the Channel Islands, will incur a 20% administration charge for processing their order. This charge is included in the prices shown on this website.


We respect your right to the privacy of your personal information. We will never pass your details on to other third parties. By providing your email address and/or phone number, you are agreeing to receive contact regarding your order plus our promotional material relating to special offers and discounts. If you do not wish to be contacted by us, then please opt out of this contact when creating your account online or contact us via phone, email or post.

Loyalty Points

  • Each customer is automatically registered into the Supplement Centre loyalty points scheme on completing online registration.
  • Only one account is permitted per customer and delivery address.
  • Loyalty points are only earned on purchases of £20 or more, prior to any postage and packing charges.
  • Loyalty points are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Any individual found to have multiple accounts for fraudulent purposes will be automatically removed from the loyalty scheme and their account closed.
  • Points awaiting approval will be added to your account 7 days after completion of your relevant order.
  • All loyalty scheme points issued are valid for a 12 month period from date of issue, any points that are older than 12 months will automatically expire. It is the customer's responsibility to use all points within the valid period.
  • Loyalty points can only be earned and redeemed via online orders only.
  • There are no limits to the number of loyalty points that can be earned or redeemed in a 12 month period.
  • We reserve the right to amend, restrict or remove this scheme at any time without prior notice.
  • You can find your Loyalty Scheme Status in your account, and will also show at the basket when you are logged in.
  • If Matrix Nutrition runs an offer with higher reward points than usual (e.g. 10x points) this is off the base "Contender" level only, so you will only get the maximum points per £1 in that individual offer, not a multiplication of your earning level.
  • The posting of codes or referral links on voucher code or discount code websites is prohibited, points may be refused if codes are found listed on such sites. In addition to this Posting codes or referral links on any existing Supplement centre social media based promotional activity, or "piggybacking" on the success of offers/discounts could see the removal of points, or further action being taken.
