The Supplement Centre wants all our customers to be 100% happy with the purchase and level of service received from us but we do understand that sometimes customers may need to return an item to us.
You may return the goods to us within 14 days of receipt in mint condition and we will issue an immediate refund.
Alternatively and in accordance with the distance selling regulations we will be happy to provide a refund or exchange for any item provided. Please contact us via post within 7 working days of your order receipt. We can then arrange for your refund to be processed (this may take up to 30 days). As part of your contract with us you are required to return any unwanted items to us within 30 days of cancellation. We can either arrange collection (at your cost) or you may arrange to return the items to us. Please note that you are obliged to have taken reasonable care of the items and we reserve the right to deduct the cost of recovering the items should you not return them to us within 30 days of cancellation.
Should you need to return an item please first contact us either by email or by telephoning our customer service department on 0844 871 0444 to gain a returns authorisation number. This number helps us to process your return and refund as quickly as possible. Calls cost 7p per minute plus your phone company's access charge.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
Please accept our apologies if you have received a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, events such as these are uncommon but should you experience this with any order we want to help get the issue resolved as quickly as possible.
If you have an issue with your order please contact us and we can arrange to collect your order and process your return as quickly as possible. All faulty, damaged or incorrect items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
Refund on postage costs
All unwanted items must be returned at the customers own cost. We are happy to collect or pay for the return of faulty, damaged or incorrect items and will refund any original postage paid on these orders once your return has been received.

What happens next?
Once we have received your returned item we will notify you via email and confirm when your refund will be made. All refunds are processed within 7 working days of receipt (please allow for bank processing). Customers will be refunded by the method the order was originally paid with.
