Do you offer credit facilities?

Sorry but we do not offer credit. All orders are to be paid for at point of order.

How do I pay for my order

You can pay for your order online with a valid debit or credit card, or by using PayPal. We accept MasterCard and Visa. Authorisation on your card will be taken at point of order but money will not leave your account until the goods are dispatched from our warehouse. The payment will appear on your statement as Matrix Nutrition Sports Ltd.

When using Paypal, funds will be debited from your account at the point of order.

How long will delivery take and what is the charge?

We offer a next day delivery service on all orders received before 4pm. Delivery to mainland UK is just £3.99, however delivery is free for all mainland UK orders over £65.

You can choose to forego free delivery when you spend £65 and opt for a different free gift.

Do you offer student discount?

Yes we do. At the footer of the site you'll find links to Student Beans and NUS Extra.

Are you looking for sponsored athletes?

We aren't currently looking to add to our athlete roster, sorry.

Keep an eye out for emails and social media posts, as we may look for new athletes in the future, but for the time being, there is no need to contact us with regards to sponsorship.

Do you despatch outside of the UK?

Yes, we are able to ship shoe and clothing items internationally. Select your country in the shopping basket and the delivery charge will automatically updated.

When can I expect my exchange parcel?

Replacements are usually processed with 2 days of the parcel being received by us, but please allow a further 3 days for receipt of your exchanged item. Always keep proof of postage when returning goods.

Can I return my order for a refund?

Yes you may return any item that is in mint unopened condition to us at your own expense and within 14 days of receipt for a refund of the purchase price of the goods. Our returns address is Matrix Nutrition , Gladden Place, West Gillibrands, Skelmersdale, Lancs WN8 9SX

Once we have received your returned item we will notify you via email and confirm when your refund will be made. All refunds are processed within 7 working days of receipt (please allow for bank processing). Customers will be refunded by the method the order was originally paid with.

How do I cancel or alter an order?

Once your order has been confirmed, to cancel or change your order in any way you will need to call one of our customer service team on 0844 871 0443 who can alter the details of your order providing it hasn't yet been despatched. Calls cost 13p per minute.

You must call in the event you need to change your order. If you email, we cannot change your order in time.

Please note customers have up to 14 days to cancel their order from the date of purchase.

How will I know if my order has been received successfully?

At the end of your shopping experience the final page will thank you for your order. Within a couple of minutes you will receive an order confirmation from us. Please check that all of the details on this confirmation are correct.

How do I create an account?

You can only create an account when you make a purchase with us. There is no need to make an account before purchasing.

How do I login?

To access your account, you need to go to your account via the icon in the corner of the screen.

Provided you have an account, you can then login with your credentials to find your order history, loyalty point balance and the details you have given us.

What are loyalty points and how do I spend them?

Loyalty points are accrued when you spend money with us. They can only be obtained by buying directly with Supplement Center. You can then use these points in lieu of money on later purchases.

When logged in, if you have points to spend, you will see a box at checkout, and you can use these points on any purchase.

How do I refer friends?

If you have an account, you can refer your friends to Supplement Center.

You get 500 points (worth £5) and they get 10% off if they are a new customer and place an order over £20.*

Your discount code will look something like this: MX12345. It can be found when you login and go to "Refer a friend.”

Pass this code to your friends! Simple!

Can I use two discount codes at once?

In short, no. This is because the codes work on cookies, and we can only store one at a time.

What times do you deliver?

We deliver between Monday and Friday, between 9am and 5pm.

Couriers may choose to deliver earlier or later, but we do not deliver at weekends.

Therefore if you opt to make a purchase on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday, we cannot deliver our standard next day delivery service.

Where is my free gift?

We offer a series of free gifts depending on how much you spend. These gifts change from time to time.

It is important to make sure that you have the correct gift added at the basket, and note that we can only offer one gift at a time, unless you are shopping via a separate promotion.

With this in mind, free delivery is considered a "free gift", so you should make sure you have selected the right one. I.e. we may offer free X when you spend £100, but if you have selected free delivery, that will be your free gift.

We think this is a fair promotion, and one that many other brands do not take part in. The more you spend, the more you get; you don't just get free P&P at a certain threshold.

How do I sign up or register?

In short, you don't need to. We only need you to sign up when you make a purchase.

Which courier does your deliveries?

We use The DX for our deliveries, though small, single item orders may be dispatched via Royal Mail Second Class post.

How long do pending points take to enter my account?

In general, this can take up to 7 days. If you feel your points have been pending for too long, then you can contact us. We aim to process them as fast as possible, so you can use them against future purchases.

What supplements can I take when pregnant?

You cannot, and should not, take fat burners while pregnant. This is a steadfast rule that you should adhere to, for your safety and for your child.

Apart from fat burners, there are no strict guidelines on what you can and cannot take. You should maintain a healthy diet, and if you are unsure, check with your GP. Remember that supplements should not be considered a medicine.

Are Matrix Nutrition products Informed Sport approved?

To get the Informed Sport logo on your products, involves some very, very expensive testing. This pushes up prices, unless absorbed elsewhere, and currently, we cannot do this, as we are always looking to offer the best price, whenever possible.

We are usually able to provide certificates of authenticity when it comes to our products, and you will always have the Matrix Nutrition promise that there are no banned substances in any products.

We take the safety and health of our customer very seriously.

We get this one a lot! Before contacting us, please ensure the blender bottle slots align with the base and clicks into place before pressing the power button.
