Matrix Anabolic is a multi-stage stage release protein blend, combining whey protein isolate, concentrate and micellar casein. The purity of the blend is clearly represented by the huge 78% protein content per serving.

The sustained release protein blend has been carefully engineered to work in the important 'anabolic window' that typically follows resistance training. The key proteins involved work in different time-slots to ensure a constant amino acid flow is maintained for hours. This product is completely focused on protein; carbohydrate content is limited to 5.9g per 50g serving and saturated fat down to 2.1g per 50g.

Directions For Use

Always Mix Anabolic Matrix with 500ml of cold water or milk, adding powder to fluid

Normal Use*: Take two servings off Anabolic Matrix a day.
Training days: Take one serving before and one after strenuous exercise.
Rest Days: One serving upon waking, another 30mins before sleep.

Hardcore Use: Take three serving of Anabolic Matrix a day.
Training and rest days: Split three servings off Anabolic Matrix through out the day
