Great Product and great taste in chocolate flavour. Probably the best for JUST protein - there is virtually nil carbs. With 6 different types of protein worth 40g and 10g glutamine every serving this is a very cost effective shake. Over the last month I‘ve stacked with creatine and seen a good increase in muscle mass. Only thing that would have made this unbeatable would have been the addition of hydrolysed whey protein - for best results after post workout. That‘s probably the only thing Reflex‘s Instant Whey Deluxe has over this for protein choice. Even so, I still think this is better because of the great value for money and different types of protein which instant whey does not have. 5 Stars all the way!

The effects are good, don‘t get me wrong. But the taste of the vanilla and the strawberry is absolutely horrible - the only one I can stomach is Pistachio
