Native whey provides significant additional benefits, critically containing up to 166% more bioavailable cystine (two cysteine molecules linked by a disulphide bridge) and up to 16% more L-leucine than other forms of whey protein. Just awesome! Saves time when you are in a rush! You need a high protein drink mix it with water or milk. You need a weight gainer mix with oats or and fruit. I''ve used the chocolate flavour and it tastes great! Can''t get better than that!

Relex is the best... Best mixing, best tasting, best for the money and most importantly the best product! high protein, high BCAAs, low carbs, low fat... If its good enough for the pros its good enough for me!

Very thin when mixed up, so easy to drink between meals,taste very good, not as nice as other protein supplements!!!! but worth the money, get alot of serving per tub!!!!
