One of, if not THE best weight-gainer on the market. For the money, you‘re getting a hell of a good deal. If you‘re stuck in a rut, and can‘t put on those pounds, THIS IS YOUR PRODUCT.

This product is okay if youre desperate to gain weight and have no regard for the quality of weight you gain. The problem is that each serving contains around 20g of fat and the weight gaining substances are based on simple sugars and carbohydrates. In other words, you will gain weight using this, however, dont expect to see big results when you look in the mirror because you wont get them. If its the scales youre bothered about and not how you look then use this, if you actually want to build real muscle and not rely on mass gainers to give you that "bloated" look, then look no further than your diet and pure whey protein.

I have been training for a good 5 years now and I‘ve been throw a shit load of weight gaining products, 70 percent of witch done nothing for me.But on the other hand weight gainers like true mass are perfect if your not looking to gain 10-15 pounds of fat or develop multiple chins,But if your are serious about lifting weights and 8-10 pounds of rock hard muscle and noticeable strength gains over a 3 month period sounds good to you then true mass was made with you in mind plus Taste is 10 out of 10. I‘ve been on it for a 7 months now and no way would i try anything else

Taste very nice mixed with milk and does give you a lot of lean muscle mass even if you are a fast gainer! Price is also the best you can find and delivered in two days. I was doubtful before trying but now I could never buy another protein shake. I‘m branded
