First off I rate all Animal products, generally very solid supplements. As for the animal nitro, it is a amino acid supplement tailored to the requirements of human muscle tissue. The capsules can be consumed in between meals but i likes to take mine pre/post workout. I felt increased recovery from training whilst using these, thus more muscle gains undoubtley. The only downside is the rather large capsule size, alternatively you can empty them into some juice and mix. Good solid product containing all esential amino acids in a good quantity
