im on a bulking period at the moment and need lots of cals this stuff is just what i needed, strewbury flavor taste lovely one of the best tasting shakes ive had. you can feel this stuff work have one straight after gym and you can feel your muscles feeding off it. good stuff

Very good quality protein at cheap price, mixes well chocolate and strawberry are best i''ve tested in all different makes. Put 7lbs lean mass on in 2 weeks, I swear by this stuff!!!
