Add 2 scoops (40g) to 1 pint of water. For the best results use a blender, shaker or shake in a screw top jar, otherwise mix with a fork. Use as an additional protein source between meals, before sleeping and on waking. May also be used as a meal replacement to replace no more than 1 meal per day.

I swear by this stuff and will always ‘buy British‘. Don‘t be fooled by the muted packaging, this stuff is top quality! In my search for a good quality protein powder that doesn‘t mean re-mortgaging the house, I can‘t recommend it highly enough. It tastes fine, even mixed in water and is almost ‘malty‘ with no lumps. As far as performance goes it does the job well. I‘m not someone looking for huge gains in muscle mass but more maintenance of my already-existing lean mass and lowering bodyfat as part of a clean diet for Boxing. I use it as a meal replacement at work and/or a post-workout recovery drink as part of my own special brew with a serving of Carbo Charge and Creatine Monohyrdrate (also Nutrisport). This is key after hard boxing sessions when a lot of muscles are used and need feeding almost immediately. It also gives you something akin to Maximuscle‘s Cyclone, at nowhere near the cost! All in all the best I‘ve tried so far!

great product, i had been using the nutrisport 90+ for about a year but thought for the extra tener i would give this a go. i got the banana flavour and the first thing i noticed was that t mixes MUCH better than 90+ and requires much less water to mix it with, its got a much better texture and it tastes ten times better. as its isolate, and hence digested more quickly and better absorbed it doesnt sit in your stomach as long and gives absolutely no bloating. ive used many proteins over the years and this is definitely the best ive ever used in terms of quality/value for money/easily mixed and great tasting, would definitely reccommend
