Ordered this with my protein, cheap price and good quality. unfortunately when mixing a shake, the cap leaks, now i repeated it, and made it as tight as humanly possible but it still leaked, might be a one off case, but if not then unfortunately its pretty much useless, a shaker that leaks is as good as a ship with a hole in it. But atleast it has the measurements on the side, so now i simply use it to measure powder and water, and its only 2pounds so not the end of the world.
