Doesn‘t dissolve very well, but is extremely cheap. Creatine is creatine, no creatine mono is going to work "better than another". Great value.

I am not a bodybuilder but I understand that Creatine is useful for anyone involved in other kinds of sports. I was a little worried about taking Creatine at first because in my early 20‘s I took the first generation of it (Muscletech Cell-Mass). I ended up quite bloated-looking, retaining a whole heap of water. I sort advice a little later on to find out that they early run of Creatine was sugar-ladden and not what I was looking for at all. However in the last few years I‘ve become involved in boxing and Muay Thai and it‘s here that I‘ve discovered the real benefits of Creatine. This brand in particular is the best I‘ve used and it‘s highly unlikely that I‘ll be using any other. I‘ve not noticed any particular gains in size but this is fine as all I was really after were noticeable gains in strength and explosive power without jumping up in weight. Highly recommended!
