Product Description

Protein is an essential nutrient to the body. As well as aiding repairs to skin and body generally, it is vital for repair and growth of muscle tissue.

‘Bulking Up’ requires far more protein than most people can get from their normal diet. Supplementation is therefore required in addition to normal meals. Nutrisport 90+ Whey Protein Directions For Use:

Add 4 heaped dessertspoons (50g) to 1 pint of water. For best results use a blender , shaker or shake in a screw topped jar. Otherwise mix with a fork. May be used to replace not more then one meal per day or as an additional protein source between meals before sleeping and on waking.

I love this stuff! I‘ve had both the chocolate and the strawberry and wouldn‘t really separate the two as far as taste is concerned. I normally always go chocolate but the strawberry also tastes fine - just depends what you‘re in the mood for. But more importantly, is how (or if) it works...And it does. I‘ve been championing Nutrisport products for the best part of a year now as part of my training/nutrition programme and it would be hard to pursuade me now to use anything else - especially now they also have an NO product in the range! Compared to Whey Protein Isolate, it does much the same job but has the added Micellar protein. I use this at work mainly, particularly where there may be a a period of a few hours when no other food is consumed and/or I get busy. I also neck a seving before bed to let the slow-release protein do its thing in my sleep. If we‘re talking marks out of 5 it gets 5!

Good product and strawberry tastes well. Just 1 complaint, it doesn‘t mix the best as you can taste the powder but it‘s not an unpleasant taste making itl overall a good product I‘ve been using the 2.5kg for 2 months having 2 shakes a day nearly, can clearly see the benefits as I‘m continuing to get bigger but also more defined and toned. Certainly a product I will be buying again
