Hi, I use this stuff during my workouts, it gives instant energy. I put 30g Enregy Boost powder in water with 5g L-Glutamine and 5g BCAA. This stuff include maltodextrin which is a bit more complex carbs than dextroz, which means your blood sugar won‘t be suddenly high. Highly recommened, however I personally prefer the pinneaple taste one. Cheers, ALex
