I‘ve read a number of reviews on this product and the biggest gripe was over the size of them. They‘re about the size of a Strepsil. However if you can get over that hump, you‘ll really get a lot out of them and they go everywhere with me now! The trick is to chew them enough to break them down so they become a bit easier to swallow without getting them stuck in your teeth and wasting the product. As they need to be taken with meals anyway it‘s probably best to neck it with a protein shake. They really do work well and are terrific value for money. Highly recommended!
