What a fantastic way to increase QUALITY calories to your diet! I found this a brilliant addition to my diet which lead to a increase in muscle with very little added fat. I was able to train a lot harder which helped with my gains. Shame about the size of the container a 4 or 5 kg tub would be better as I went through this one quite quickly.

Maximuscle have done it again .... brilliant product, but as usual it‘s overpriced. The taste is fairly bad, to say the least. The biggest muscle gains I got were for my trachea, having to force this down it. Overall, effective - but over-priced and tastes like cement. BSN‘s ‘True Mass‘ is a better alternative.

I‘m an 18 year old boy trying to put muscle on ... gym 3 times a week and it this product does not really work .. do not get the chocolate flavour takes sickly .. Good tip if you have already bought it: Add 2 teaspoons of mint essence to the shake to make the taste better :D.. On another note i highly recommend the Phd Synergy weight gainer.

Good product, works well, tastes good, mixes the best. the only issue is the price, costs too much for all the time it lasts. Pity because it is a top top top product.
