Here‘s a no-nonsense review. I bought the lemon and lime flavour. It mixed easily with water and the lemon and lime flavour is good, very similar to a cordial. It wasn‘t gritty at all. Doesn‘t clump up in the tub. Definitely gave me energy for a good workout and seemed to help me lift a bit more weight during the end of the cycle. The dextrose system in this gives a big insulin spike to help with the absorption - good. Didn‘t get much water retention/volume, definitely not as much as I‘ve had with other monohydrates. Actually results match more of the CEE effect. Overall good for the price, but it didn‘t feel quite as ‘hardcore‘ as the ads lead you to believe.

i brought 4kg of the orange flavour it come the next day smells wierd but soon as it was mixed up with orange juice and water it taste like a normal drink but leaves a funny after taste when uve drank it tho

tasted gorgeous (orange flavour) and has helped me up all my weights in the gym. if u dont fink ur seeing/feeling any results i got mine after finishing the tub, so just wait and see for yourself. only downside is it dont last long taking the recommended 4 scoops per day as the scoops are pretty big. overall awesome product!!!
