Great weight gainer ive been using it for around a year now really does help put alot of mass on with in weeks i tend to take 1 and a half scoops with whole milk 56 times a day so that your not waisting the protein because your body is only designed to deal with around 14g of protien a meal, but i also have a further 5 small meals a day in order to bulk up.

awsome stuff. Gained about 8lbs of it, best weight gain ive had. Great if your not very good on putting weight on, its not to sickly so you can still manage your food without needing to go to the toilet every 10 mins. Negatives, hardly any but its quite hard to get all the lumps out and there is a lot of powder you have to use for one shake. but overall i highly recommend it/

WOW! great product, great value. POSITIVES; strawberry tastes amazing!, no jokes i could drink it all day!. Mix‘s well when a whisk is used ( i found putting a scoop in at a time and whisking individually make it extremely smooth with little to no lumps). Mixed fairly well when only the shaker was used, a few small chunks but it was still delicious. The gains for me personally were great; i took it religously twice a day (still got a got a day or so left) and so far have went from 76.8kg to 80kg! NEGATIVES; the amount of powder you have to put into your shaker is quite excessive (4 big scoops), i use a shaker 40 PRO and the powder resevoir could not fit all the scoops in so i had to go back to the traditional putting it straight into the shaker (not a tragic downfall but still a negative), you do feel rather full after drinking it and therfor have to force your meals down. These are not huge negatives but i still thought they were worth mentioning. Overall an great product that i would highly recommend to others :)

First off, amazing delivery. Amazing price. Amazing product. Mammoth 2500 is a great weight gainer, great amount of protein in the tub. I would recomend using 2% fat milk (semi skinned) to mix with mammoth as it adds the extra protein, fat and calories (1250 calories per serving). Mammoth banana tastes great, for sure the best tasting weight gainer ive had. My only minor thing is the mixing, try using a blender if you have one. Using a shaker does work but constant shaking for around 3-5 minutes to clear all the lumps. overall Mammoth 2500 is a great product and would recomend it to anyone serious about gaining weight. Thanks :)

I used this product and gained a stone in muscle after years trying to put weight on this is the only thing that worked on me have since lost weight since stopping trainning ( women lol ) but am back on it now I prefer banana but strawb is fine too .if your serious about puttin mass on this works . I added creatine thats personal preference tho !
