Only just started using this product, already can say that I feel a difference after taking this after a ride, it reduces my hunger and prevents me from going on a binge and also I feel a lot more energetic when doing a further exercise session the next day. I bought the banana vanilla flavour which is quite nice. Mixes well too. Will be purchasing again.
