What is the difference between SizeOn Maximum Performance and SizeOn Pre-Contest?

Wow I have experienced some good gains and a big increase in strength. I have used it before and know the gains are not all water retention. Didn‘t like using it as intended as an intra workout , however, it has 39g of sugars so it is perfect to create a great post workout meal with whey protein for maximum recovery and growth.
