Amino Acids are the building blocks for muscle tissue. Pro-Aminos capsules provide high quality protein in the form of whey-derived peptide-bonded amino acids. Pro-Amino can be used to improve the quality of any meal, with the rapid entry of its di and tripeptides stimulating additional protein synthesis.
Also during intense exercise BCAA‘s are expended from muscle tissue at a rapid rate, leading to increased muscle tissue breakdown. Pro-Aminos are high in BCAA‘s (branch chain amino acids) and taking Pro-Aminos before and immediately after intense exercise may aid in the prevention of muscle breakdown.
