chocolate is the nicest flavour an even thats not tasty, but other then the flavour and how it mixes its a GREAT PRODUCT! the stats are imressive an many builders can take half a serving instead of one because its so rich in protein an calories. i recomend it and dont see a competitior right now thats as low priced :)

Huge amount of calories, but if you‘re going to use this, don‘t be afraid of putting on a little fat. There‘s no way your body can utilise all those calories without storing some of them. Saying that, it you really are a hardgainer, this product is for you.

ATLAS isnt bad but its outdated now. Go for matrix mass by matrix nutrition. FAR better product at a very reasonable price

this product is the best value for money,put on a stone in a month.you have to train hard though to keep the fat from accumalating.it does fill you up for a while so you need to walk it off in order to eat again and keep to the meal schedual. Overall its the bomb,using it now to bulk and having excellent results.
