If you''ve just started then this product is a must for weight gaining, I felt perfect after this product no bloating, this is a really good gainer for a person on a budget.

I have tried a few weight gainers in my time and seeing as I am a hard gainer i havent really come across a shake that can help me boost my calorie intake to those levels needed without becoming stuffed by food!!! This shake tastes great and does not leave you feeling bloated at all! So i can have more space for food aswell to really up my intake! Great product even better price!
