What are BCAA’s?
BCAA stands for Branch Chain Amino Acids, of which there are three (L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine, and
L-Valine). They are one of the most overlooked and most effective supplements for anyone looking to build muscle and increase performance or simply to help lesson the muscle breakdown while doing intense exercise.
