I didn‘t like the flavour to begin with though now I am used to it I quite like it, but I would take it whatever it tasted like because it helps my recovery between sessions more than anything else I have tried

It does say it tastes bitter on the tub. But nothing prepares you just how horrible it is. Got used to it after aweek tho. I go to the gym 4 times aweek and it lasted 5 weeks! Like the results so buying again.
