Terrific product, still on my first tub, lasting well, at least 500ml of liquid needs to be used, sometimes i just use one rounded scope in the shaker 3 times a day giving me an extra 1500 cal, i have put on weight fast, and muscle also, i do recommend quite hi cardio as it seems a bit fatening, i train 5 days a week, the first month i went from 11stone 4 to 12.5, look no further, tates lush aswell,happy gaining...

Been using this for bulking with creatine and my weight has shot up! So far iv gained 7 pounds and it hasn‘t even been 2 weeks9days yet! Would Suggest to add more milk than suggest as it turns very thick and glue like other than that cant fault it!

I have been using matric products for some time now and time tub lasts me ages! to quote ‘it does what is says on the tin‘ great taste and an easy way to get in extra kcal without feeling bloated and such like. do not look elsewhere for a weight gainer powder this is the one for you.

This product is great and tastes great too. Mixing with so little milk is ridiculous however & ended up like glue! Eventually I took this twice a day with 500ml of water both times, just to keep the saturated fat to a minimum, although if you‘re ‘super‘ bulking then take with milk. It lasted me well over a month and it‘s difficult to say exactly how well these kind of products work, but with my weight training and eating normally I put on about a pound per week, which is a nice slow way of bulking up, without too much fat gain. I‘m buying my second one now which I‘ll take just once with milk this time after my workout to benefit from the calorie intake as my training has got my intense. The extra thousand calories should further bulk me up nicely. The price is incredible for this 6.8kg monster so buy today and give it a go. Just DON‘T take as directed, use 3 times the amount of milk or water to make it into a smooth milkshake.
