Muscle-building Amino Acids

Each serving of High Performance Whey will deliver 25g of protein and contains an excellent pool of amino acids, including the branch chain amino acids leucine, isoleucine and valine which can be oxidised during exercise. In addition, Garnell Nutrition has further enhanced the nutritional properties of the product by providing added glutamine.
