this is an awesome pre workout drink i have probably used just about every preworkout on the market and this is the strongest and lasts the longest this has given me a high that lasts about six hours and promotes an incredible felling of well being and tremendous energy do not waste your money on inferior products that do not work as well this stuff blows them away, i usually take three scoops of pretraining if i took the same amount with this i think it would knock me out ,word of warning one scoop is enough for anyone if you intend to take more stagger it and wait about four hours before you take any more .brilliant product at a superb price

wooow , this shit is good , it nearly gave me heartattack , i think i will take half the recommended dos , but if you are a cooffee drinker it shoulldnt be a problem , you see i dont drink any caffein drinks , thats why i was gotng to explode !!!!!!
