So I am just getting back in shape, I used to do body building so I have tried many many protein powders etc. I got to be honest and say I really have found Matrix Complete very good. I have only tried the chocolate which I find very tasty, better than some other stuff I had before. my body is developing and I lost some fat. I have not had a bad stomach or protein farts which is rather odd. This is probably my first ever review to be honest but I feel this product deserves it. I have now upgraded to the 4kg container. I have been eating quite a bit of meat so I only take this once a day on off training days before bed or first thing in the morning else twice a day on training days.

The same as more expensive named brands. Better tasting, doesn‘t give the bloated feeling or the extra toilet time! fantastic product have been buying matrix now for 6months refuse to buy anything else: Semi pro rugby player and hard gainer!

this is a very good product at a very cheap price, it has every thing you need for muscle repair and energy etc, been on it for a week now and noticin good results 5 star!

A great all in one protein shake that tastes amazing and is very easy to mix, However each serving is 60g and it suggests to take two a day so a single tub doesn‘t last too long so I would suggest buying multiple tubs for the long run
