I‘ve tried quite a few different protein shakes & thought I‘d try this as a change from the usual vanilla, chocolate & strawberry options. I went for blackcurrant flavour & to be honest I was a bit concerned it would taste awful. I was pleased to find that actually it tastes & even smells pretty good. Its got a good nutritional profile too. However I have 2 problems with it: 1) it dosn‘t mix well - as soon as you shake it the water turns to foam & then takes time to settle & you always end up with lumps floating in the liquid or getting stuck in the shaker 2) you need 450mls of water for one scoop which only provides you with 26g of protein. Id rather just spend a bit more on 2.2kg USN whey - one scoop gives you 25g of protein with only 150mls of water so you can easily manage a double serving. I‘ve just been using this fruit isolate during my workout then having one scoop of USN post workout.

Not tried this yet as I usually buy the 5kg tubs of matrix whey that is fantastic and i can definatley see a change in my toning and physic but if this was to be shipped in a 5kg tub then I would buy it straight away keep up the good work supplement centre
