Really like this protein but it is what is to be expected when this is the protein that supercedes mammoth whey. Tastes really good. I‘m a really hard gainer but with this protein I had gains of around 5lb so nothing ground-breaking. However when you consider the price you will not get anything better for your money. Would definitely buy another tub.
