How to take Bio-X Performance Nutrition Xtreme Nitro Juice 3000:

Mix 250g (5 rounded scoops) of Nitro Juice 3000 with 18oz of water, juice, 2% milk or other preferred beverage. Blend and enjoy a delicious, rich creamy shake. We recommend taking a 1/2 serving (125g mixed with 9oz of water) twice daily for the first 5 days. For the next 5 days, we recommend taking a full serving (250g mixed with 18oz of water)twice daily.
