Creatine in this form is actually a molecule of creatine bonded to a molecule of glucose [or gluconic acid]. This makes the most easily absorbed creatine ever created.

Since sugar forces the uptake of creatine in the cell, the result is creatine that gets absorbed into the system both very fast and in it entirety.

Suggested Use

Loading Dosage:
20gms per day for 5 days
(at 4 x 5gms throughout day) or,

Easy to use powder, comes with measuring spoon. I‘m been taking 10g per day and it seems to be working as in I‘m not that sore even after a very hard workout I‘m also training for a marathon so I‘m doing some sort of training 5 days a week and think this is really helping!

A great Mono at a great price and was using till recently when i tried the matrix CEE which i have had even better results from, stacked with ZMA and trib. I know alot of people prefer mono and if ur one of them this is a great product at a price which would of been competative 10 years ago let alone now...
