I have been doing a fitness bootcamp 4 times a week for 4 months and hit a plateau on my weightloss as i was getting more muscle, i started using these pills 2 a day and lost half a stone in 2 weeks, smashing my xmas weightloss goal so i reduced to 1 tablet a day which im still doing and am steadily losing weight still, i have weighed this morning and lost another 2lb this week, thats 9lb in 3 weeks, im really happy with these and would definately recommend them, i have no side effects from these which is an added bonus, i think if you were at the beginning of a weightloss regime you would have a far greater loss.

Right guys iv been on these tablets 3 weeks now and I love them. I feel better about my self and can notice the difference and so can other people. They boost your energy and keep you going all day. The only thing that I didn‘t like was the first day or two they kept me awake all night as I wasn‘t familiar to all the energy but I‘m back to normal now. I take two a day when I wake up about 9 and going to the gym around 1 and the odd day i took a third one. I do recommend these and feel like they have worked for me and hope they continue to for the next few weeks I continue to stay on them

started on a dose of 1 in morning and 1 later... did feel buzzy at exercise with extra get up and go feeling but by day 3 I had terrible tummy probs. Cut dose down to 1 pill a day but probs still there and had ring of fire by end of the week. had a few days off until problem went then took 1 pill every other day to coincide with cardio workouts and seemed to be better on stomach and still have extra energy when needed. Never lost any weight over the month so wont be using again... as it didn‘t suit me... I suppose everyone is different so each to their own... Steve.

have took a bottle and noticed a difference, more toner and weigth loss, i am running 4 times a week also excellent value for money!
