Take these if I‘m doing a morning session and feel a bit groggy. I have to take 2-3 to get a good rush from them but pays off. Worthwhile supplement would recommend for anyone who needs that extra push to get to the gym.

I ran these in an ECA stack for 6 weeks while cutting and they kick in really fast. They‘re also very effective to the point I wouldn‘t take any after 2pm or I‘d be awake too late at night and on occasion I‘d break them in half (which was easy to do) and still get a decent effect from them. I‘d advise starting off with a half pill if you want to test your sensitivity and also cycle them and/or taper off as you‘ll build up a tolerance after a few weeks of constant use. Great product when used properly. Can‘t fault it. 5/5
