I use these for a boost with my swim trainin and i have to say they are fab .. i would advise taking them about 45 minutes before trainin not the 30 mins stated as i found they kicked in when i was half way thru a session .. All in all i would reccommend these to anyone !

Been taking these tablets for about a month now, 4 when i wake up with my morning shake and 4 with my post workout shake. I can say that i have been feeling more energetic than before and have had some good gains in strength and a little in size! I would recommend this with the 5kg Anabolic Matrix Protein, they go together very well! Very pleased.

No bloating,muscle rounding or any other side affects, just hard quality muscle!! This description for matrix creatine tablets is spot on.
