Yes this stuff does taste like s**t, but its not that bad when mixed in with a protein shake plus the gains you get from this are very impressive. I‘d also reccommend cycling this stuff becuase it dos lose its effectiveness after a few months. Mainly though just stop being a woman and just drink it, you put your all in at the gym ( i hope ) so why not just help yourself a bit and drink this stuff you won‘t regret it.

The taste is unbearable, the negatives in the taste unfortunately far outweigh the positives that may come out of using this.

IV READ ALL THE PEOPLES COMENTS, YA THE STUFF TASTES LIKE A BOX OF USED TAMPAX LOL. THE BEST THING I DO TO TAKE IT,IS PUT 5g ON A SPOON, BUT FIRST DRINK SOME DRINK PUT UR HEAD BACK THEN TIP IT INTO UR WIDE CHOPS AND SWOLLOW, U WONT TASTE A THING ONLY UR DRINK. IF U DO IT WRONG WITCH I DID ONCE UL COF A CLOUD OF DUSTY SMOKE UP, IT WAS NASTY, SO IT UP TO U GUYS, BE A MAN,GO HARDCORE AND MAN !

i got this for my bday and stuck it in some water to try it out. it is literally the most vile disgusting revolting tasting thing i have ever put in my mouth, and i‘m used to eating whatever comes along. i then mixed it in with the Anabolic protein that matrix do, and it does have a weird after taste but it‘s not so bad. i havent been able to go to the gym so much as it‘s summer so i‘m out on the water doing other stuff but not doing half as much exercise as i should do. for some reason this stuff has made me gain mass and as soon as i have a workout it gives me a pump which lasts like nothing else! i would definitely recommend this. i take one teaspoon a day with anabolic shake from matrix (chocolate, tastes pretty good for 27 quid with delivery)

Tastes and smells like vomit so take a very small shot with a bit of juice and down it as quickly as possible. Hope to see some good results soon.
