This stuff actually works! being 49 and lifted for many years my joints are starting to feel the years of abuse. Never tried a joint treatment before so didn‘t know what to expect. I picked Metrx because I have used many of their products over the years and have always found good, plus the price was excellent. The capsules are on the large side but easy to swallow and the effect has been excellent, I bought 2 bottles and used them all, the creaking in my joints decreased massively and my joints just felt better. I have now had a month without using them to ensure its not in my head that they work and have found that the creaking is starting to return. I am now about to order some more, for me they definately seem to work.
