Syntha 6 was recommended by a mate, and havn‘t changed back since! top supp for the price, hardly bloats and mixes great with water (water first then powder). noticable effects after a few weeks. strawberry or banana are my favourites. overall, excellent value. Syntha 6 is 10 out off 10 for me!

the chocolate peanut butter flavour was straight up the best tasting protein shake i have ever purchased!!! very good quality product aswell, packed with all the aminos and nutrients with just the right amount of calories to help with quality lean muscle gain. abit pricier than what id usually have bt you do get what you payed for. big for of bsn products.

If Carlsberg made protien lol. This is one of the best tasting protiens on the market! it is not a before you train or after you train drink , more of 30mins before you sleep and frist thing in the morning drink. I found it tastes better than it works though and found myself wanting to finiish the tub so I could get back to Bodytroincs Reloaded though. as a protien drink 10/10 if you want that all in one drink though this may not be for you..alternative in my opion would be PHD Iso7 or Bodytronics Reloaded or Matrix Anabloic..all have more contents and give better results..

This protein powder tastes amazing, and also can‘t get enough of the quality. When looking for a protein powder to buy I wanted to get one of the best powders there was out there, and I looked no further than this BSN. Aswell as getting pure clean, and lean gains I also couldn‘t get over the taste my favourite was chocolate, aswell as the quality of the powder being important you want a shake which you can look forward to drinking I was having on average around 3-4 daily and I loved the fact that I had no bloating feeling. It‘s got a good source of protein, and good amount of carbs to keep you going throughout the day. I would highly recommend getting Syntha-6.

Syntha 6 is, on the whole, brilliant. It‘s taste beats pretty much any other protein supplement I‘ve used, and it doesn‘t sacrifice anything. Great blend of proteins, so you can take it at any time of day (or night). Tastes just as good with water, and mixes together really well - none of those annoying lumps you see in some powders. Let‘s be honest - Ronnie Coleman doesn‘t take this for nothing. It is a brilliant protein powder.

I never knew that protein shakes could be tasty! The chocolate peanut butter variety is gorgeous and has aided me no end in my weight loss. Having a shake every morning with added oats for breakfast gets me ready for my day whether rushing around at work, or working out with my personal trainer...
