Sci Mentor Twister is a new and unique Bio-engineered, all in one formulation loaded with 60g of Optitech, a new unique whey protein matrix selected to ensure that the protein is absorbed quickly and others are slowly released over a longer period.
Added to the Optitech Matrix is 10g of L-Glutamine and 10g of Creatine. Research indicates that the addition of other key nutrients combined with the Twister formula may have a significantly improved synergistic effect in both fuelling muscle before strenuous exercise and more rapid recovery after.
