the taste was ok, albeit it didnt really do anything for me. pumps were ok, but not gr8, wouldnt recommend, go for nano vapor or black powder!

I bought this based on reviews from this site, but the stuff is terrible. All I felt was sick after taking it. The flavour didn‘t agree with me. Was too strong. I didn‘t notice any difference when it came to muscular endurance. It was the same as it would have been without taking it. I remember feeling frustrated quite often taking this too. I actually stopped halfway through a leg workout and started getting really angry. I felt really bad on it. I wouln‘t recommend it. I‘d recommend trying another NO product.

This stuff is brilliant! When it first arrived i took it every night and soon had to keep upping the dose as my body was getting used to it and if you take it to often it can be very expensive, now what i do and srongly advize is taking a scoop 15 mins beofore trainning on the day of the week you find the hardest thats Friday for me as i work Mon-Fri and Friday was always a struggly with plasmacore its turned into the best workout of the week this stuff really give you the energy and pump you need. Normally a workout takes me and hour and half but on this stuff i always get through it in about an hour its like your body doesn‘t need a rest i love it and if you only take it once a week it lasts forever!
