Used this for few months now and had good results, having creatine, taurine, glutamine, hmb and mct included makes it nice and simple to use as it gives pretty much spot on amounts of these the body needs daily if a few scoops a day, also tastes good too. I would say though not the most amount of protein for the amount of calories that are in it, also does have high amount of carbs, about to protein so if you trying to keep carbs low prehaps not ideal as some other shakes. All round good shake though hasssle free if starting out.

Out of all the different types of "All-in-one" Proteins I have tried, this is BY FAR the best!!! Highly Rated!!

Results!: This stuff is actually amazing. As a past user of a lot of different proteins, all-in-ones (Cyclone, Omni MX Hardcore, etc.),etc., I can safely say that the best results I‘ve had are with PhD Synergy. Taste: The chocolate cookie flavour is often recommended as the best flavour, but I personally think chocolate orange beats all others hands down. This stuff tastes so much better than anything else I‘ve tried. Mixability: isn‘t amazing at mixing compared to other stuff (Theres always a bit of powder stuck around the bottom edge of the shaker!!), but as long as you give it a good shake you‘ll get 99% of it! Price: It isn‘t the cheapest all-in-one, but you‘re definitely paying for quality, and its nice to have something that the manufacturers have actually bothered to taste themselves before putting it on the market! I used it initially with PhD Lean Degree, but now am just using Synergy and have had some really great lean muscle growth. Definitely recommend.

Started using this instead of cyclone and after 1 month the difference was huge! great product, great taste mixes easily with water and milk.

Been taking this for 3 weeks now, on my second tub and i‘ve made decent lean gains and strengh increases, quite impressed, best price i‘ve seen on here too. Just need to get it back in-stock now. Will be trying ‘Reflex one stop‘ next , but will be using Synergy again, need 2 tubs to last you 30 days but considering the added Creatine, L-glutamine, Taurine and other goodies in it well worth it. Phd and Reflex is top stuff can‘t go wrong, hope this helps, Steven...
