Whey and casein isolate with creatine, great combination and great value. Protein is not the best tasting but it works and is very cheap. Creatine does not dissolve so well but it works, and again is cheap!

been a keen weight trainer for a few years (now 21), and have used alot of different whey proteins ranging from maximuscle to bsn, with this product i have found that i am getting the same gains as i would with a much more expensive product, and the mixability and taste isnt as bad as i thought it would be with such a relatively cheaply priced product. would highly recomend this stack as you get the perfect blend of whey protein and creatine monohydrate
